Our Guarantee

Our processing system in place virtually eliminates the shipment of defective products. Therefore, if any product is shipped with any defect in craftsmanship or materials they will be replaced without charge.

​

Please note that when working with the finest of materials there may be minor variations in color and finish as our boxes are hand made.  These are part of the manufacturing process and not considered defects.

Production time

Standard production time is 15-21 working days from approval of artwork.
Please contact to verify production time for each project as quantity, style, finishing, process options, interior details etc. determine ship dates. Ship dates are confirmed at time of order.

To ensure the highest quality we accept only Vector art in sharp Black & white contrast in .eps or .ai.

screens, dies & Molds

overruns & underruns

We reserve the right to ship and Invoice quantities up to 5% over or under the quantity ordered.

damages

All product is inspected and expertly packaged for shipping.  However if damages occur please contact the shipping company directly for damage claims.

Payment terms

Payment with order unless otherwise stipulated by Almar. As all projects are custom manufactured and built to client specific requirements, orders may not be able to be modified once order has been placed. Please contact Almar to see if modifications/changes can be made.

trademark & promotion

All designs submitted to Almar are deemed to be in full compliance with all existing laws of copyright, trademark, patent registration and privacy regulations at time of submission. The customer in presenting designs to  Almar accepts full responsibility for all these issues and agrees to hold Almar blameless and harmless to any claims of damages, cost, expenses resulting from any legal actions resulting from Almar using the supplied materials. We reserve the right to use products produced by Almar in advertising and display unless otherwise specified in writing.
